Hey there! My name is Katherine Riley Kennedy, and I am a mother of six. I have four sons and two daughters. I was born in raised in Raleigh , North Carolina, and I am currently residing there.

I’ve always been very passionate about beauty, fashion, and fitness. ( among other things ). Whether it’s beauty , fashion, or fitness, I find great joy in finding fulfilment while pursuing these activities. They allow me to express my creativity and explore new avenues of learning and growth.

In terms of education, I would say that it is very colorful to say the least. I grew up with a very solid background and musical theater, which turned more to being a recording artist in my 20s. While I was in rock bands, I decided to open a women’s fashion boutique. I did this for quite a few years before I had my first child. I also studied yoga, photography, and make up design. With all of these hobbies in my toolbox, I felt that because I am somewhat a jack of many trades, I could express my knowledge in these areas through social media and blogging. The knowledge I have gained has equipped me with a solid foundation in the beauty industry with a focus on slowing the aging process while being sexy and eternally youthful. I love applying what I have learned to real-world situations and challenges. I look at every day as a new beginning, and an opportunity to have fun just being your authentic self. 

Aside from my professional pursuits , I value kindness, and being fair to others. I feel that empathizing with people will open up a better version of ourselves. I believe in kindness, and treating others the way we want them to treat us. Additionally, finding that empathy and being fair to each other by just trying to understand the others, perspective, helps me strive to be a better version of myself.

As far as my personality goes, I believe that laughing is the best medicine and I love to have fun. I believe that it’s never too late to start living your passions. No one is too old or too young to live their dreams. There is a perfect time and place for everything. I enjoy people and all the differences in one another. I consider myself an open minded woman who loves to engage in meaningful conversations and relationship building with others. 

In my free time, you can often find me spending time with my kids and finding fun adventures with them. I love traveling to new places, doing yoga and finding the best vegan meals. I’m also a sucker for the perfect spa day. I cherish these moments for relaxation and rejuvenation.
